A black storm of powder is pulled from hell compresses into a 1ft ball that flings at the target. The ball leaves a thick trail of powder in a line behind it and explodes when it hits, covering up to [dice] adjacent humand-sized creatures until they wash.

When the powder is lit, anything covered by it takes [sum] fire damage, and 2 damage on each of their following [dice] turns.
